18  | 庚申，广南东路经畧司言：「占城进奉人皆是与交趾徃来之人，今令诣阙，虑杂奸细，其间难以识察，乞只令广州下卸」。诏依例发遣赴阙。 诏三司具陜西新法盐钞入过斛斗，比旧钞时入过若干，并取沿边州军八年九年分钱逐季及见今新法盐钞在市买卖实价以闻。辛酉，以昭宣使、嘉州团练使、入内副都知王中正领果州防御使。初，枢宻院奏中正当磨勘，上以其有军功，故特迁之，仍诏自今两省都知、押班已转至观察使，如该磨勘，虽有功，止迁使额，其有特㫖者，令枢宻院执奏」。诏邕州观察使宗晖权奉祠濮安懿王神主壬戍，以成都府利州路钤辖、客省使狄咏为西上閤门使。用去年十一月癸酉诏也。 广南西路经畧司言：交趾上表犯庙讳，已退囬。诏收接附递奏。 武学奏学生贺平、随无党武艺精熟，引试延和殿，并补三班借职。诏支钱六十万贯，分给陜西转运司，乗歳丰市运储。癸亥，録抚接董戬、般擦出汉功，宣政使、宣州观察使李宪赐衣帯鞯马，及与一子转资，客省使、达州团练使、熙河路钤辖王君万为本路都钤辖，内殿承制张承鉴转两官，馀迁秩有差。 |
