19  | 乙丑，河大决于澶州曹村下埽。 枢宻副都承㫖张诚一上删定义勇保甲制敕五巻、总例一巻，枢宻院奏：知忻州萧士元、持服秘书丞吕大忠，昨按视河东地界内，有不于图子上贴畵出所指地名及分水岭去处，未当事理。诏萧士元、吕大忠累经赦恩，并特放罪。河东分画地界所燕复等，检踏天池西南无横岭地名，后再检视，有故寨岭亦名横岭。诏复等所得减年磨勘内，各除一年。己巳，分命辅臣祈晴于郊庙、社稷。 |
