10  | 辛丑，户部言：「诸州见役投名衙前，所歴重难，合得支酬见钱，愿留在官指买场务，除见买朴人依合接续再买外，馀并从投状依额钱指买，愿三两人同状承买，亦聼，限满，先给衙前，其经减钱场务，召人添钱，即限满给卖价髙者，如衙前与百姓价等，亦先给衙前，若已歴重难钱不及额数，但及七分，亦许指买，所少额钱，分四季纳，令家人勾当，不妨本身差遣，如愿却交卖与人者，不以钱数多少，许衙前收为饶润」。从之。 中大夫、守中书侍郎傅尧俞卒。太皇太后谓执政曰：「尧俞清直人」。又曰：「金玉人也，可惜不至宰相」。对曰：「尧俞自仁宗时至今，始终一节，有徳望，真可为朝廷惜」。上辍朝临奠，赠右银青光禄大夫，諡献简。司马光尝谓邵雍曰：「清直、勇三徳，人所难兼，吾于钦之畏焉」。雍曰：「钦之清而不耀，直而不激，勇而温，尤为难矣」。时以雍之言为然， |
