12  | 丁丑，殿中侍御史岑象求言：「王安礼向在青州纵恣不法，节度推官倪直侯者，助其为恶，掌公使出纳不明，及发露，遂匿其籍，阳为寻访，终不获秽滥不悛，吏民具知。请下本路体量，果有实状，乞致之法」。诏本路转运司体量以闻。 中书舎人韩川言新除陆佃龙图阁直学士，按佃为人汚下，无以慰天下之望，诏命词行下。先是，佃及黄庭坚除命下中书，川并封还，是日，吕大防不入，川过都省禀议，刘挚谕以佃为侍从十馀年，昨乞外任，自当加职，是时方以言者有所及，故降㫖候实录成，不转官加职。今书成，行前㫖尔，言者所指，后制狱根究，无罪也」。川晓然而去，庭坚方议之。 诏：「河外麟府、丰州上畨四将并兼都同廵检，与堡寨使臣同管边面及贼盗公事，更不下番，依极边堡寨使臣及陜西将官赏罚，仍废罢河外都同廵检六貟上番兵马」。从河东帅臣范纯仁请也。 |
