10  | 壬申，诏徳州汉东方朔庙以祈祷，有应载祀典。甲戌，诏寳文阁待制叶康直知亳州，右朝奉郎李察管勾仙源县景灵宫、太极观，任便居住，各从其请也。提举河北路盐税司言：「欲将逐处场务已收盐税，于旧收五分祖额钱上，添入二分钱数，共成七分，立为祖额，仍只许以实收到见钱，并当年内凡系催纳到本处，批过料钱数，通比祖额，理为赏罚。其未纳批钱钞数，即除豁不为比较，仍年内无违限，及虽违限已纳倍税，方许理数比较」。从之。 |
