9  | 庚午，诏：「勾当皇城司，三年无过犯者，与转一资。皇城使、遥郡刺史以上与子之有官者转一资，无子者许回授，有服亲减二年磨勘，再任满者减二年磨勘。皇城使及遥郡刺史以上，许回授与子。如无子，与有服亲，仍减一年。见任官准此」。 太师文彦博言：「尚书省二十四司郎官迁改不定，徃徃未能周知本案事务，欲令左右司㸃检勘当，定为式例」。左右丞覆视，刑部尚书苏颂熟知台省典故，亦乞委之详定。兼尚书省见裁减六曹寺监迂枉文字，欲令苏颂于左右司共同看详结絶，并从之。辛未，利州路提刑司言：「准勑，应天下免役钱并罢，依熈宁元年以前旧法差役，今本路惟文、龙二州系教閲保甲，准条毎年农隙日勾集按阅，縁其间亦有充役之人，欲乞并依府界三路指挥，权免冬教」。从之。 枢宻院言：剰员上畨日破口食，若数多可以分畨，即不须别支，縁未有明文。诏：剰员数多处，许差二人当兵士一名，仍分畨。 |
