辛未，正议大夫、守门下侍郎韩维为资政殿大学士、知邓州。新、旧录并书御史论维多除用亲属，故罢，独不载御史姓名。按论维多除用亲属，有吕陶章疏可考，然当时罢，维乃専坐口陈、范百禄过恶，而不具文字。吕公著家传载吕大防家所藏御札并曽肇奏议载其事甚详，不知旧录何故都不取，而新录又因之。　左司员外郎王觌为侍御史，侍御史杜纯为右司郎中。御史中丞胡宗愈言纯颇僻深，刻无学术，进不由科第，用法狥私，乞罢其侍御史」。执政力为纯辨，而中㫖令与觌更任。宗愈又言纯谄附韩绛，乃出知相州。纯知相州在二十八日，今并书之。执政为纯辨，据宗愈传。　朝奉大夫、直龙图阁、知河中府叶康直知秦州。元年十一月二十四日，初自陜西运副除直龙知秦州，曽肇缴还。十二月六日，苏辙再缴。今年二月二十八日罢之，六月二十八日改除小龙河中，今更授秦州。　枢密院以边事未息，合要康定、庆厯以来，河东、陜西用兵典故，请借仁宗朝实录，候边事息日送还袐书省，从之。新无。
