乙亥，资政殿学士、知永兴军曽孝寛知頴昌府，五月二日，孝寛自永兴改秦州不行。吕陶云云，附六月末。寳文阁直学士、知頴昌府谢景温知成都府，吕陶云云，附六月末。朝奉郎、右司员外郎孙览为直龙图阁、权知秦州。　开封府言：将来坤成节已在后吉后，请依长寜节故事，度僧道共三百人为额。从之。　诏姚麟罚铜八斤，以殿前司言歩军司擅勾抽捧日指挥人救父故也。孙升集有劾姚麟章，今附此升言：「十一月四日，朝㫖：姚麟罚铜八斤，放王道依旧収管。臣访闻初晋用扵内臣阎士良处送酒，并封状与姚麟，麟遂违法放停，上件伪造黄纸，签符配军王道事状甚眀，盖两日之内，亲判放停，若非狥情，岂故违法？臣愚窃以受赇枉法，遇赦不除，慢令肆情，主兵所戒，事防其微，渐不可长。姚麟掌握侍卫，出入禁庭，而交通内臣，不遵诏令，如放停配军王道，止一事尔，臣偶察知而有按据可以照验者，则其他从可知矣。若朝廷止令罚金，依旧供职，则何以杜絶奸私，严肃军政？伏望圣慈详察，出自圣断，早赐指挥，罢麟职任，以戒废法慢令之臣」。贴黄：「武夫悍卒屈慑驯伏者，畏陛下之法尔！管军之臣，狥情挟私，慢令废法，曽无忌惮，止于罚金，则将何所不至也？」　枢宻院言西蕃贼马攻围河州南川寨，逐州军见屯汉蕃兵马，当暑暴露，当行体恤。诏刘舜卿躬问士卒劳苦，粮食多寡，从冝抚恤，仍依仿旧例，随事资助，使无愁苦，乐扵赴敌，以称朝廷抚士之意。又言：「河州南川寨，自初二日被围，日夕望救，其王光祖、王赡、姚兕、种谊等各统领所部军马前去，㑹合牵制，至今多日未奏觧围次第，请令刘舜卿严谕光祖等体，认南川寨人力粮储有限，当此围闭日乆，势力危困，务要应援分觧贼围，不得以伺便为名，任贼攻围，玩㓂损威，误国大事，以至师老粮匮，坐取困乏，仍厚给金帛，召募死士，许以重赏，令取间道前去南川寨投下文字，使知救兵已到，安心守御，俟贼退，其守城出战人等，自当优赏」。并从之。
