10  | 辛酉，诏湖北转运副使李茂直：「渠阳蛮已归顺人，若系为首及正贼，即拘留，或发赴渠阳监守，馀速抚谕，遣归旧住，仍招纳未向汉之人。若其间首领，终无归首之意，即依累降指挥」。 广南西路东门峒黎贼伤害兵官，诏经畧司：「俟朱崖军使崔诏到，面谕，依近降指挥，革去旧弊，开示恩信，令生黎洒然知有伸诉，如首领改过自新，即优加存恤，若奸狡反覆，度终不可制，则厚赏密募熟黎杀取首级，或以计诱豫报军官等掩捕，勿令輙入黎峒。具施行方畧以闻」。 |
