31  | 是春，诏申明周显德三年之令，课民种植，每县定民籍为五等，第一种杂木百，毎等减二十为差，桑枣半之，男女十七以上，人种韭一畦，阔一歩，长十歩，乏井者，邻伍为凿之，令佐以春秋廵视其数，秩满赴调，有司第其课而为之殿最。此据本志，在三月，不得其日，今附见闰月后。又诏自今民有逃亡者，本州具户籍顷亩以闻，即检视之，勿使亲邻代输其租。此据本志附见，不得其月日也，当考。夏四月癸巳朔，日有食之。 |
