13  | 辛亥，京东安抚司言：「青州益都进士蘓丕，天圣五年尝至礼部，自后絶意进取四十馀年，今七十六嵗，乞以丕合该恩泽，赐一处士名目」。诏赐丕号安退处士。壬子，诏罢入閤仪。先是，翰林学士承旨王圭等言：「谨案入閤者，乃唐只日紫宸殿受常朝之仪也，唐紫宸与今同，而唐宣政殿即今文徳殿。唐制，天子坐朝，必立仗于正衙，若止御紫宸，即唤正衙仗自宣政殿东西閤门入，故谓之入閤。五代以来，废正衙立仗之制，今閤门所载入閤仪者，止是唐常朝之仪，非为盛礼，不可遵行」。故罢之。 江淮等路发运使薛向言：「上供米六百二十万石，见已装发，其吕募客纲所运二十六万馀石，入京已过元额，乞理充来年嵗计之数」。从之。 工部尚书致仕李兊卒。 |
