31  | 庚申，诏：「近诏北界归眀人守官、致仕、分司及牙校、军民、僧人，各具所在，并元归眀年月，见今职位姓名奏上。其西界投来及送到人口凖此，所有西北界入汉地作过编配人数，亦令具年月及所在以闻」。 诏：「入内东头供奉官宋用臣不须候卢秉押米运到京，及今河水未通，先往案视导洛通汴利害以闻。 又诏：「诸路方春阙雨，虑生蝗蝻害田，其令河北、陜西、京东西等路监司常戒州县扑灭，毋致滋生」。乙丑，知沧州张问言：「民饥至相食，今州仓大豆四万九千馀石，可支五年，渐有陈腐。乞留支二年外，斥其馀以赐饥民，可活良民三万口」。上批：「可下提举常平事李孝纯速相度施行讫闻奏」。 |
