11  | 丙戌，诏龙图阁直学士、枢宻都承㫖韩缜，依权三司使例，免赴崇文院宿直。 司封郎中、提举京东、河北路盐税周革权河北转运副使兼提举盐税，仍升一任。 都官员外郎李琮权发遣淮南路转运副使。丁亥，两浙转运司言，温州民首纳海中，收得髙丽贡布等，上批：「海洋飘溺之物，理或渍湿破损，岂能致匹帛短少？盖并海小民侵盗，宜下贾青、苏澥于沿海州县榜谕，如𫉬髙丽贡物，輙敢𨼆藏指挥，后十日不尽首，许人告，十分给三分赏，犯人计𧷢，加凡盗二等，隣保知而不纠，减犯人二等」。 赐保州钱千五百缗，给犒设。戊子，诏审刑院、刑部断议官，自今嵗终，具尝失入徒流罪五人以上，或失入死罪者，取㫖连签者，二人当一人，京朝官展磨勘年，幕职、州县官展考，或不与任满指射差遣，或罢本年断絶，支赐，去官不免。先是，熈宁十年，尝诏嵗终比校取㫖，而法未备故也。 诏秦凤路勇敢依鄜延路以百人为额，随正兵训练，每季升降，仍依诸军都敎头格简试收补。 |
