19  | 丙午，翰林学士、右正言、知审官东院章敦为右谏议大夫、参知政事。 知陈州、左谏议大夫、史馆修撰安焘知审官东院，仍为濮安懿王夫人，迁䕶使。 三司言驸马都尉李玮昨责授郴州团练使，陈州安置，误给见任团练使俸禄，当追纳。诏蠲之。 详定朝㑹仪注所言：「唐尚书户部主贡物，大朝㑹则陈之。国朝旧仪，元正朝贺所陈贡物，仅存其名，盖有司之阙，谨稽案图志，推原州郡物産之所宜，轻重多寡，稍为条次」。又言：「夏书》，冀州以帝都入，榖不贡，异于馀州。唐书地理志：京兆、河南府皆有贡，今开封府虽不列于诸州，亦宜复土贡」。并从之，仍诏贡物应买者给省钱，偶无者听以他物代，并递夫传送。 都大提举导洛通汴宋用臣言：「洛水入汴至淮，河道甚有濶处，水行散漫，故多浅澁，乞计工料修狭」。从之。后用臣上狭河六百里，为二十一万六千步，诏给坊场钱二十馀万缗，仍伐并河林木，以足梢桩之费。 |
