17  | 甲午，燕逹言小呉故道断流，今接近涨水，河门口皆深阔，垫塌未定，难计功料未可修塞。诏逹，且发赴阙，仍以权知澶州李立之权判都水监，令立之自河阳至小呉决口，㸃检埽岸。 上批：「闻东南诸路自团立将兵以来，军人日亲教閲，旧习工作技巧以资私费者，无暇为之，及廵检下就粮诸军，例得添支，间能获贼，亦沾赏典，今已招置土兵，更不轮流出入，亦是窒其衣食一涂，由此军中甚有贫极，日不能糊口者，可速博访利害措置」。遂诏淮南、两浙、江南、荆湖、福建、广南路转运、提㸃刑狱司，宻体量将兵自降教閲新法后，军士有无赔费以闻。案閲淮南等路团结诸军石得一等言：「江南东路、淮南西路团结兵，武艺生疎，不依元法结队，逐队呼名不相照应。其提举训练官江南东路丁诲、淮南西路赵永宁并管勾教閲官及押队使臣㢮慢，乞施行」。诏丁诲、赵永宁冲替，馀俟定殿最毕，取㫖。 |
