7  | 甲子，朝请大夫、判登闻检院王珫冲替。以御史朱服言：「珫父子同恶，行如禽兽，虽㑹赦降，而朝廷原情揆法，固将投弃荒裔，终身不齿。今有司虽许令厘务，而珫畧无愧耻，遽请朝见」故也。珫坐与其子仲甫奸大理评事石士端妻王氏，付有司劾治，寻诏珫放归田里。 有上书乞审择守令者，上谓辅臣曰：「天下守令之衆至千馀人，其才性难以徧知，惟立法于此，使象之于彼，从之则为是，背之则为非，以此进退，方有凖的，所谓朝廷有政也。如汉黄覇妄为条教，以干名誉，在所当治，而反赠秩赐金。夫家自为政，人自为俗，先王之所必诛。变风变雅，诗人所刺。朝廷惟一好恶，定国是。守令虽衆，沙汰数年，自当得人也」。 诏：「春铨试中，稍优一人堂除差遣一次，中等三十一人不依名次注官。下等四十四人，注官」。 |
