9  | 戊辰，检详枢宻院戸房、刑房文字梁焘上编録安南献议文字五册。 诏：「闻河北飞蝗极盛，渐已南来，速令开封府界提举司、京东西路转运司遣官督捕，仍告谕州县収获先熟禾稼」。诏监察御史里行王祖道罚铜十斤，满中行六斤。以判司农寺舒亶言：「本寺未了文字二千四百馀件，未了帐七千馀道，失催罚钱三百九十馀千，未架阁文字七万馀件，朝廷已送大理寺根究，伏縁建置六察，正以督治官司违慢为职，今并不弹奏」。诏罚祖道，而中行自劾尝权戸察故也。 满中行言：「近论开封府治张诚一质田事灭裂，未䝉移付别司，虽闻本府近追孙贵下吏，不数日放令随司，望深察事理，特赐指挥」。又言：「近弹奏知洪州王韶明出榜告谕，亲受纳简退，不堪紬绢，废法干誉，侵官市恩，一路民情，莫不倾动，未䝉施行」。诏张诚一候案到，王韶候体，量到，并取㫖。 判大名府王拱辰乞依朝㫖不闭决口外，修缮旧河并横壠故道，放大河分流各三四分，其决口，即卷埽进约遮拦疏，导使直、东归二河，量分三四分，北行为新河，下接漳、御、滹沱等河，由九河旧迹以至于海，大势既分，一河才受水三二分，岂有湍悍满溢之理，乞选明习水事近臣，分廵案视」。不从。 |
