15  | 乙亥，龙图阁直学士、太中大夫、知成都府邓润甫为翰林学士。承议郎、知制诰、同修国史王存为龙图阁直学士、权知开封府。改新守户部侍郎谢景温守礼部侍郎，朝请郎、天章阁侍制、河东路都转运使陈安石试户部侍郎。他日，安石与右曹侍郎李定同奏事，上目留，安石曰：「卿岂非尝任淮南转运使而不保李定者乎？」安石曰：「有诏问臣，不敢不以实奏」。上曰：「以实事君，朕所与也」。诏应除职事官，候官制行日，罢旧职事。尚书省执政官不用此例。 |
