12  | 乙酉，右监门卫大将军令绵为朝请郎，赐章服，与亲民差遣，以秘书省试经义应格也。 朝奉郎、试大理卿杨汲试刑部侍郎。初，汲言大理寺断絶狱空，诏付史馆，因有是命。 京东都转运使吴居厚言：「凖诏支盐息钱三万缗修青州城，已起发外，有未支修城钱万七千馀缗，乞不用六年盐息钱，止以登、莱、维宻州盐场支不尽脚钱应副」。从之。 南郊礼仪使言：「将来南郊行礼，当差行事官」。诏：「更不用试差摄，止以见任两省、御史并六曹侍郎、待制以上，仍不限员数，今后凖此。其仪仗内六引，开封牧、令阙，差知府、知县。太常卿阙，差少卿。尸部尚书阙，差侍郎。御史大夫阙，差中丞。兵部尚书阙，差侍郎。其僚佐即依条差官」。 |
