5  | 元丰七年夏四月辛未，大食，贡方物。 西上閤门使、宁州刺史王湛领成州团练使，蕃官皇城使罗凌领忠州刺史。如京副使觧政为荘宅副使，西京左藏库副使李仪为文思副使，并兼閤门通事舍人，论出界功也。 河东经略司言蕃官三班借职屈徳宜获级。诏以一级迁奉职，其一级充本族廵检。 秀州军事推官桑景、彛、侔皆博徒，以功胜陟钱，并坐污滥也。 澶州观城县保甲三百馀人，持梃入旧县镇，夺攘民财，命吕公雅赴澶州监劾，诏为首人郭万领赴元作过处特处斩，吕皓依法决讫，特刺配本州禁军指挥杂役。壬申，权提㸃河北东路刑狱李仲甫言：「两浙路岁㪚和买紬绢钱，乞依江东例，止用旧十分之三给盐」。下本路转运盐事司相度。 诏：「开封府界、三路提举教阅保甲官并本司勾当公事官、指使，每再遣官教阅，通比三等：武艺及五分与减磨勘三年，六分，减四年，七分迁一官。以上每分更减一年，至十分取㫖。如止及三分，展磨勘二年，二分，展三年，一分以下降一官」。 |
