25  | 庚子，朝奉郎、试吏部侍郎李承之，权陜西都转运使，乗驿往候边事毕如故。 遣太常博士王古致祭原武埽灵济夫人庙，以筑堤塞决河也。 吏部上重编排考试刑法所等第，诏第一等孙辅道令大理寺试断案三十道，如堪充职，委长二保第二、第三等循资占射、差遣、免试，升名次有差。 诏「河东、陜西援兵皆属种谔统制，令种谔便宜以厚赏鼓激前进，庶不误事。 诏如京副使王竒赠皇城使、忠州防御使，与六资恩泽，赐银绢各百千，费万子与三班借职，赐银绢五十匹、钱五十千。覃俊，无子，无弟，赠下班殿侍，赐绢二十匹、钱二十千。褒死事也。 福建路监司上斩获康诜人功状，诏：「东南第十将下押队散直程建为首功，授右班殿直、閤门祗候、剑州都廵检使。宜州使唤。刘福、黄周垒各迁二资，吴谷迁一资，李士昌、李庆与下班殿侍。获首级人全支赏钱外，每级更迁一资。其杀获康诜妻男及掳略去人，依正贼例推恩，助手兵级每获一级，助手人赏钱百千，累获并累赏。伤中水手，依正兵例」。辛丑，诏：「详定官制所罢局六曹等条贯，送编敕所，其未了事，限十日结絶，先罢官吏请给」。 入内供奉官冯宗道上景灵宫供奉敕令格式六十巻。 押赐董戬官告使种谊等上讨夏国有功首领，诏上等十三人，与本族都军主，嵗给茶彩有差。 诏：「应縁义勇、保甲事并𨽻枢宻院，其馀民兵悉𨽻兵部」。 |
