8  | 辛巳，太学正马希孟为太学博士，以上批「自景灵新宫成，羣臣献謌颂者以十数，独希孟之文可观也。 礼部奏：「有司摄事，祀昊天，伏请初献曰《帝临嘉至》之舞》，亚、终献曰《神娭锡羡之舞》，太庙初献曰《孝熈昭徳之舞》，亚、终献曰《礼洽储祥之舞》，从之。 刑部言：「旧刑官详断官分公案断讫，主管论议改正，注日方过详议官覆议，有差失问难，并于检尾批书，送断官具记改正，上主判官审定，然后判成録奏。自二司并归大理，断官为评事、司直，议官为丞，所断案草，不由长贰日者，断案类多差忒。欲乞分评事、司直与正为断司，丞与长贰为议司，凡断公案，先上正㸔详当否，论难改正，签印注日，然后过议司覆议。如有批难，具记改正，长贰更加审定，然后判成録奏」。从之。 御史王桓言：「闻户部尚书安焘近缘住滞纲运事，避匿已罪，报上不以实，法应隔朝恭，而陛下优恩，特令免隔。比闻狱具，有司依条报焘，不应厘务，焘于此时自当杜门屏息，以俟谪命，而乃不忌典刑，传呼入省，焘可谓犯义而不知耻矣。陛下屈法以宠近臣可也，其如天下相率为焘何？」诏札与焘。 诏：「北使经过处，知州曽借朝议大夫者，依旧，自今更不借官，令权服金紫，不得系金帯。其押赐御筵官，仍互借，先已借朝议大夫，即借中㪚大夫，并许系金帯，不佩鱼」。 |
