8  | 辛巳，诏前两浙路监司苏獬、胡宗师、朱眀之各罚铜二十斤，坐不举，发知秀州吴安世赃罪故也。 诏供奉官郭惟贤部九十骑，获首级五十六，身重伤及先锋破贼。左蔵库副使髙永翼部五十二骑，获首级一百二，各迁五官，馀迁官、赐绢有差，赏从訾虎部兵出界功也。又诏髙永翼止迁两官，为皇城使、贵州刺史，馀三资许回授五服内亲。 陜西转运副使范纯粹乞令提㸃刑狱胡宗回等不须躬亲照管西人顿递，诏：「抚接西人，朝廷自有常体，经歴官司供亿或过不及，皆当治罪。纯粹昨以张皇轻易，已尝诫敇，今此奏陈，盖欲掩覆前过，自今宜凡事审重，务令合宜，勿生边事」。壬午，单州团练副使员外置东方戒上飞虎立成阵图、歩人制戎骑法，乞靣陈利害，诏枢密院召问之。 给事中韩忠彦等言：「奉议郎郏亶除太仆寺丞，案亶方以不职下本道劾罪，而便与职事官之选，理若未然」。上批：「郏亶差除之日，本房亦当检㑹近降取勘指挥，呈白执政将上，今数日之间，襃贬异论，甚失国体，其除太仆丞指挥，可更不施行」。 |
