45  | 戊戌，命皇城使刘承圭、龙圗阁待制戚纶、崇仪副使谢徳权计度封禅发运事，纶上䟽言：「臣遐览载籍，验天人相与之际，未有若今炳焕者也，请诏侍从大臣，摹冩祥符，勒于嘉玉，蔵之太庙，别以副本，秘于中禁，传示万叶，世世子孙，恭戴天命，无敢怠荒。然臣窃谓流俗之人，古今一揆，恐托国家之嘉瑞，寖生幻惑之狂谋，或诈凭神灵，或伪形土木，妄陈瑞命，广述休祥，以神鬼之妖词，乱天书之真㫖，少君栾大之事，往往有之。伏望端守元符，凝神正道，参内景修行之要，资五千致治之言，建皇极以御烝人，寳太和而延圣算，仰荅天贶，俯惠羣黎」。上嘉纳焉。 以兵部员外郎、知兖州，邵为京东转运使，遣使廵䕶齐州泰山路，禁止行人。 兖州别给公用钱，月二十万。 |
