22  | 二月乙巳朔，次渑池县，杖太仆寺府史霍鼎。先是，仪仗中悉以军士给役，而鼎擅集贫民挽轭，上知之，令礼仪使劾罪科责，其判寺官及编排仪仗，忠佐特赦不问。禁诸色人以进奉为名，私染御服缯帛，及制乗舆服用之物，饰以龙鳯，从编排进奉周起之请也。 命知河南府薛映造辇水小车十乗，付行在三司。时山路泉深，负汲者劳，上悯焉，俾运载以代其役。 诏行在部署司，凡亡命卒及贫民小窃者，不须收捕，再犯者准法。丙午，次硖石县。 |
