23  | 己亥，閤门奏后苑赏花曲宴，羣臣有礼容懈惰者，上曰：「饮之酒而责其尽礼，亦人所难也，宜且降诏戒谕之」。龙图阁待制张知白以疾固请补外。甲辰，命知青州、上作内侍箴赐阎承翰等，承翰表请刻石本省，从之。丁未，诏沙门岛罪人，除该赦遣赴阙外，自馀量其所犯轻者徙置近地。 诏京城徼廵，宜参用马步军士，时廵卒三人，因寒食假质军装赌博，既不胜，遂谋以五鼓未尽伺击，陌上行人弃尸河流，取衣物贸易，以赎所质，上曰：「太宗朝廵警，兼用马步卒，盖营校不同，可以互相觉举」。遂复其制焉。 |
