24  | 戊申，以主客员外郎、直史馆、判三司都磨勘司杨嵎监汝州留田务。嵎以重法按本司吏吏，讼嵎尝私役使公人，法当夺官，上特寛宥，讼者，决杖停职。权知开封府刘综言：贵要有交结富民，为之请求，或假托亲属，奏授爵秩，縁此谒见官司，烦紊公政，请加抑止。庚戍，下诏风厉，各令自新，继今复然者，重置其罪。 又诏富民得试衔官者，不得与州县官属使臣接见，如曽应举及衣冠之族，不在此限。 |
