31  | 庚午，利州路承受、侍禁张仲文，降一资，黜廵外州驿递。初，仲文言新知彭州皇甫载不能称职，上令本路转运、提㸃刑狱司察之，具言载颇勤所任，因命枢宻院召仲文诘之，具伏虚妄，乃有是责。 诏雄、覇州所调乡丁为忠顺指挥，戍于河上，嵗月既久，宜特迁转之，又诏补填阙额，俾及元数。河北忠顺，自太宗朝，以瀛、莫、雄、覇州、乾宁、顺安、保定军家丁置，凡三千人，自淘河至泥姑海口九百里，为二十六寨、一百二十六铺，沿界河分畨廵徼，𨽻縁边战棹廵检司，自十月悉上，人给粮二升，至二月轮半营农。戊寅，刑部员外郎、兼知杂御史段华言：「羣臣外任官满，多以焚黄省亲为名，奏牍不待报而去，有累月不赴朝请者。望自今请告半月者，聼行半月以上者奏裁」。从之。已卯，出太宗㳺艺集并亲制乐曲、九弦琴、五弦阮谱，付史官及太乐署。 |
