甲戌，张佶上《大洛门新寨图。先是，佶欲近渭置采木塲，蕃族闻之，即徙帐去，佶不能䘏以恩意，戎人輙悔，因叛卒乡导，遂行抄刼，佶深入掩击，悉败走，至是求和，佶不许。时总噶尔埒克遵嘉、勒斯赉、温布且等帐族甚盛，胜兵六七万，与赵德明抗敌，希望朝廷爵命俸给，佶奏请拒絶，曹玮独言宜厚嘉勒斯赉，以扼徳明，又请如斯多特例授埒克遵节度使，乃诏辅臣共议，量加官秩，勿逾常制。采木塲与六月己巳所书或相闗，当考。据㑹要，则曹玮请如斯多特例望授埒克遵节度使，而实录乃云其蕃部郢城琳布，且亦置节度使，如斯多特例，盖埒克遵一名郢城琳布且也，今且从㑹要，然埒克遵盖辅斯赉者，斯赉犹未加爵命，而遽请埒克遵为节度使，不知何也？当考。实录于此月壬寅始载玮此奏，又云嘉勒斯赉请以马直改赐金箔什物等。今移入张佶事后并书，且削去，改赐马直及日。乙亥，枢宻院言：「诸州本城马歩军都指挥使已下俸给，等差不一，请自今令三司以三京为一等，节镇为一等，防、团、刺史为一等」。从之。
