64  | 丙辰，令王钦若、陈尧叟、冯拯、赵安仁洎林特等，各举京朝、幕职、州县官，详练刑典、晓时务，任边寄者二人。丁巳，诏増给王嗣宗、曹利用飡钱月五万。戊午，诏川峡广南、福建转运使、提㸃刑狱官，察部内僚吏有贪墨不法、惨刻用刑者以闻，以道路辽夐，民无所诉也。 先是，交州●獠张婆看避罪来奔，知钦州穆重頴召之至，中路复拒焉，都廵检臧嗣令如洪寨犒以牛酒，交州侦知其事，因捕●獠，遂㓂如洪寨，掠人畜甚衆，转运司移牒交州，追索之，并以闻，诏督李公藴护送，仍戒疆吏自今无得诱召蛮獠，以致生事。己未，作元符观，初每嵗天庆节，就左承天祥符门设帟幕，启道塲，上以车骑徃来喧杂，乃命葺皇城司廨舍新堂为是观，堂即刘承圭所创，景徳末，司命临降处也，辛酉，加楚王元佐尚书令，相王元偓太尉，荣王元俨兼中书令，自馀宗室并第迁一资。 忠武节度使、驸马都尉魏咸信同平章事。咸信时已耆年，甞因诞圣节，为幼子昭侃求官，且援石保吉、呉元扆遗奏例，以冀加等，其昏眊如此，又表求任用，上出示中书向敏中曰：「咸信聨荣戚里，位居节制，何乃复怀希望？」上犹优诏答谕，因以建南京奨太祖旧臣，遂为使相。逾年，出判天雄军。壬戌，修兖州景灵宫、太极观，都监周怀政言：兖州民有以兵器献东岳庙者，请令焚之，不可焚，则输本州甲仗库」。从之。 |
