11  | 丙申，以刑部员外郎、兼侍御史知杂事王随知制诰、知应天府、兼南京留守事。先是，上覩随奏，章谓辅臣曰：「随赋性柔顺，然有执守」。王旦曰：「朝廷羽仪，皆出台阁，非清介自立，加以该博，则不能弹压多士」。于是擢随掌外制，随不善为制辞，即出典藩郡。寻有诏增应天府公用钱至百万，从随所请也。戊戌，昭宣使、平州团练使、入内都知秦翰卒，上甚悼惜，为之泣下，赠贝州观察使，赙襚加等，寻又遣使以袭衣金帯赐其家。翰性倜傥，有武力，素以方畧为己任，前后身被四十九创，羣帅推其勇敢，轻财好施，所得俸赐，多均给将士，衆尤附之。上尝谓王旦曰：「翰尽忠国家，不害人，亦不妄誉人。每有敷陈，深可信委」。旦曰：「翰亷谨谦下，人多推其长者」。上曰：「翰在先朝尝言与李继迁欵昵，出入帐中无间，可隂刺之」。且言：「臣一内官，不足惜，或为国家去此剧贼，死亦无恨」。太宗深赏其忠，旦曰：「雷有终在西川，与上官正、石普多不协頼，翰和解，不然，几致生事」。上曰：「邉臣有傲狠自任，难为谋事者，翰必平之，言无枝叶，但推诚直致而已，故人自乐从。昨刘承圭卒，翰言承圭不避衆怨，与之不足者，今必流谤，望悉勿听，朕益嘉其为人也」。其后，重赠彰国节度使，诏杨亿撰碑文，亿以翰不畜财，表辞所贽物，虽朝㫖不许，而时论美之。甲辰，诏编太宗妙觉集入佛经藏。内藏库言：「三司所借金帛，其数至多，旧借金即以饶、歙等州及诸路所贡充还，今诸路纳到三司指挥，直送左藏，本库不惟渐失封桩数目，又不应刘承规句当往例」。诏三司规画补填。先是，宫城火，诏诸王各徙宫于外。秋七月庚戌，命庄宅使、长州刺史石知顒都大管勾亲王诸宫事。辛亥，诏三班使臣广南路替囘者，特免短使。癸丑，令官告院自今大除授告身赐外蕃书，仍用金花绫罗纸。时禁销金，有司上请故也。 |
