23  | 夏四月丙申朔，下诏求助，删去遗诰「皇帝与太后裁处军国大事」之语。 遣东上閤门使曹琮告哀于契丹，又遣使吿谕邉镇，出遗留物赐近臣有差。丁酉，羣臣上表请听政，不允，五上，乃从之。庚子，降诏䘏刑，见辅臣于皇仪殿之东楹，工部尚书李廸初自河阳还，以国哀未得入谒，至是特召见之，寻命廸为资政殿大学士、判都省，命翰林学士章得象为大行皇太后，遗留契丹国信使，崇仪使安继昌副之，供备副库使李用和持遗留物赐西平王赵元昊。皇太后既崩，左右始有以宸妃事闻者，上号恸累日不絶。壬寅，追尊宸妃为皇太后。甲辰，诏改𦵏于永定陵，大行皇太后山陵五使，并兼追尊皇太后园陵使，或言太后死，非正命，䘮不成礼，上亦疑焉，因易梓宫，上遣李用和视之，则容貌如生，服饰严具，用和入告，上叹曰：「人言其可信哉！」乃于大行神御前焚香，泣曰：「自今大娘娘平生分明矣！」太常礼院言册皇太妃杨氏为太后，请如咸平二年故事。百官上笺曰殿下，称教㫖或懿㫖而不上表，从之。戊申，始听政于崇政殿西厢，并召对契丹贺乾元节使、崇义军节度使萧逹、客省使刘日省，罢乾元节上夀。庚戌，以流人林献可为三班奉职。明道初，献可抗言请皇太后还政，太后怒，窜于岭南，至是特録之。 |
