41  | 初以钱惟演议下礼院，礼院言：「夏商已来，父昭子穆，皆有配坐，毎室一帝一后，礼之正仪。开元、肃明皇后始有并祔，惟演引唐武宗母韦太后祔穆宗、孝明、孝章祔太祖故事，按穆宗惟以韦太后配，更无别名，太祖未尝以孝章配，伏寻先帝以懿徳配飨太宗，及明徳园陵礼毕，遂得升祔，元徳自追尊后，凡十七年始克升配，今章穆著位长秋，祔食真宗，斯为正礼，章献母仪天下，与明徳例同，若从古礼，止应祀后庙，章懿帝母之尊，与元徳例同，便从升祔，似非先帝谨重之意，况前代无同日并祔之比，惟上裁之」。诏都省与礼院议，皆以谓章穆位崇中壼，与懿徳有异，已祔真庙，自协一帝一后之文，章献辅政十年，章懿诞育圣躬，徳莫与并，退就后庙，未厌衆心，按《周礼》大司乐职，奏《夷则》，歌《小吕》，以享先妣，先妣者，姜嫄也，帝喾之妃，后稷之母，特立庙而祭，谓之閟宫，冝于太庙外别立新庙，奉安二后神主，同殿异室，嵗时荐享，用太庙仪，别立庙名，自为乐曲，以崇世享。忌前一日，不御正殿，百官奉慰，著之甲令」。诏恭依。己未，权知开封府程琳、内侍副都知阎文应度地营建新庙。辛酉，以天章阁待制王鬷为枢宻直学士、知益州。戍卒有夜焚营杀马、胁军校为乱者，鬷潜遣兵环营，下令曰：「不乱者敛手出门，无所问」。于是衆皆出，令军校指乱卒十馀人戮之，及旦，人皆不知也。 |
