22  | 甲午，皇太后崩。遗诰：「尊太妃为皇太后。皇帝听政，如祖宗旧规，军国大事与太后内中裁处」。赐诸军缗钱。乙未，帝御皇仪殿之东楹，号恸见辅臣，且曰：「太后疾不能言，而犹数引其衣，若有所属，何也？」奎曰：「其在衮冕也，然服之，何以见先帝乎？」帝悟，以后服敛，即命吕夷简为山陵使。既宣遗诰，閤门趣百官贺太后于内东门。御史中丞蔡齐正色谓台吏毋追班，入白执政曰：「上春秋长，习天下情伪，今始亲政，岂冝使女后相继称制乎？」执政无以夺。 |
