32  | 癸亥，仪鸾使、雅州刺史、内侍副都知王守忠为皇城使、左藏库使、嘉州刺史、入内押班刘从原为内藏库使，西京左藏库使、韶州刺史、内侍押班史崇信为文思使、供备库使、忠州刺史、内侍押班蓝元用为西京左藏库使，崇仪使、内侍押班任文庆为六宅使。 左司谏韩琦言：「近睦亲宅成，自提举臣僚而下，有诏増秩，入内都知张永和实总其事，故授遥团之命，逮夫同列，旋亦推㤙，当时公言，咸谓非当，盖以一人効职，而衆人蒙赏故也。或谓省局之内，官次相妨，因而叙迁，未甚为害，臣是以不敢遽有论列。今闻前省都知以降，又复优加使额，臣窃愈懐疑，诚以沮劝之方，爵赏为大，若匪閲其官簿，酬以年劳，则必显著功伐，特申宠拜，或不由是，皆渉无名，故《书》曰：官不及私，昵惟其能，爵罔及恶，徳惟其贤。昔卫人赏于奚以邑，辞请繁缨以朝而许之，孔子谓不如多与之邑，惟名与器，不可假人，自古所重，愿亟行追寝，以示劝沮」。 |
