15  | 乙卯，閲诸军转员，三日止。旧制，捧日都虞候四人，至是五人，而马军都指挥使但阙骁骑一人，以捧日一人补骁骑军主，馀四人如故，则以次军分皆不得迁，乃补四人者并为马歩军副都军头。又以龙卫、拱圣、骁骑、武骑、宁朔、神骑旧百三十一指挥使，后省五十指挥，而见管马军指挥使以下已补八十一指挥正额外数犹有馀，乃于所省指挥内未移并者四十三指挥，且置下名指挥使、副使各一人，军使三人，以便第迁。 河东路察访使李承之言：「饥民羸困老弱疾病及遗弃男女未有所归，虽日受官米，力不能自食，恐无以称朝廷赈恤之意。乞听本司存养，至闰四月终罢」。从之。 |
