14  | 己未，降龙图阁直学士、刑部员外郎任颛为天章阁待制，仍知渭州。先是，颛知潭州，会广州大商道死，籍其财，得真珠八十两，以无引漏税没入官，颛与本路转运判官李章及其僚佐贱市之，其后死商之子讼于三司，遂置狱湖南，案未上，三司使王拱辰悉以进，内御史赵拚弹奏，拱辰，以章为宰相陈执中壻，隂有附结，请并劾拱辰，以戒中外。至是，夺颛职，徙章监当，馀悉坐追停。辛酉，太常寺太祝、集贤校理鞠真卿、同知太常礼院、左屯卫大将军从式上其祖徳芳所藏玉寳，篆文曰「皇帝信寳」，盖太宗所赐也。 |
