29  | 壬子，诏曰：「任职之臣，则有考课迁官之法，而宗姓不预吏事，故先朝著格，使十八年一迁，所以隆族示爱，教忠厚也。朕尚念夫本支之秀，昭穆之近，而有耆老久次者，其令中书枢宻院第其服属，自明堂覃恩，后及十年，咸与进官。近縁特恩改转者，须更十年凖此」。癸丑，改命欧阳修、向传范为贺契丹登寳位使，龙图阁直学士、兵部郎中吕公弼为契丹祭奠使，西上閤门使、英州刺史郭谘副之。盐铁副使、工部郎中李参为契丹吊慰使，内苑使兼閤门通事舍人夏佺副之。甲寅，改命刘敞、窦舜卿为契丹国母生辰使，户部副使、工部郎中张掞为契丹生辰使，西染院副使兼閤门通事舍人王道恭副之。 |
