9  | 己丑，赐温成皇后母楚国太夫人曹氏敦教坊第一区。辛卯，御崇政殿，录系囚，并下三京辅郡杂犯死罪第降一等，徒以下释之。 赐宿州布衣营知止绢十匹，粟麦各十石，知止髙年有行义，为乡里所推，故赐及之。癸巳，延福宫使、武信留后、入内内侍省内侍省都都知王守忠，罢延福宫使，为武信留后，他毋得援例。故事，宦官未有真为留后者，守忠介东宫旧恩，数求之，上亦欲子之，先是，高若讷为枢宻使，持不可，故止。及是，守忠疾，复求为节度使，宰相梁适曰：「宦官无除真刺史者，况真节度使乎？」上曰：「朕盖尝许守忠矣」。适曰：「臣今日备位宰相，明日除一内臣为节度使臣，虽死有馀责」。御史中丞孙拚闻之，亦奏疏力谏，乃罢节度使，不除，然犹得真为留后，言者方奏疏论列，翼日，守忠卒，守忠谨厚细宻，故眷遇最厚，方在疾吿，上令用浮屠法，集僧于其家，凡四十九日，为之禬禳，既卒，赠太尉、昭徳节度使，諡安僖，特给卤簿以葬。二月乙未朔，诏天下州县，自今遇大雨雪，委长吏详酌，放官私房钱三日，岁毋得过三次。 |
