36  | 己丑，客星出天闗之东南，可数寸。嘉佑元年三月乃没。六月乙未，诏益州路钤辖司，应蛮人出入处，皆预择人为备御。时黎州言侬智高自广源州遁入云南故也。丙申，置广州管勾城池甲仗库、战船场使臣一员。壬寅，徙知澶州、建武节度使曹佾知青州。时议将修塞六塔，上赐诏问佾。佾言：「河决殆天时，未易以人力争。陛下念河北被患，于功费无所惜，然决口将合流益驶，虽用土如麻苇，积刍如邱阜，且何所施？以臣之见，不如徐观其势而利导之，万全之算也」。佾论与执政异，故徙之。此据李清臣墓铭。按此时犹未修六塔，恐清臣饰说，当考详。明年十月二日赵拚有言。乙巳，追封皇后父玘为东海郡王，温成皇后父尧封为清河郡王，母曹氏为齐国夫人。 |
