16  | 辛巳，河东路体量程之才言：「河东和籴之法，独异诸路，民间所输一石，才及和市一斗之直，乞以嵗给和籴之数减一分外，以九分均入两税，更不给和籴价钱」。中书言：「近奉诏检前后言，和籴文字立法，河东和籴患在数多，及贫富户所出不均，若欲减数，即须本路年计别有所出，若欲均，即须先体量见今不均次第，当如何均定，今欲令本路安抚监司、提举司同体量相度，然后选官覆行相度，立法取㫖」。从之。 诏淮南路常平司于二麦丰熟州军及时兑籴出散，不得积留，以致陈坏。 提举淮南常平等事王子京言：「提举开修运盐河自泰至如臯县，共一百七十馀里，日役人夫二万九千馀」。癸未，西头供奉官、閤门祗候苏子元为将作监丞，令持服，从其请也。 |
