17  | 辛巳，司封郎中、直昭文馆、知潭州潘夙为太常少卿。初，夙为荆湖南路转运使，尝遣邵州通判贾师熊，三以兵丁破蛮寨，及郭逵知邵州，以三千人攻杨昌透，为贼兵追袭至牛脊岭，日暮㡬陷没，赖夙遣禆将刘杲引兵救之，乃免，又遣周士隆、丁佐尧以衆深入据要害，贼窘，遂出降，使者言其功如此，人至今赖之，而夙未尝自陈，故有是命。壬午，诏：「应有虎豹州县，令转运司度山林浅深，招置虎匠，仍无得它役，遇有虎豹害人，即追集捕杀，除官给赏绢外，虎二更支钱五千、豹二千，并以免役剰钱充」。从利州路提㸃刑狱范百禄请也。 |
