6  | 乙巳，诏诸路察访官、河东、两浙路，许奏选举人充京官职官，县令十二人，馀路十人，升陟，不限貟数。丙午，东上閤门使、河州刺史、知徳顺军景思立知河州，西京左藏库使苖授知徳顺军，专管辖泾原正兵弓箭手䇿，应熈河、泾原路，都监王宁副之。时河州未复，豫除思立知州事、兼洮西安抚使，治事于香则城。 诏名熈河路阿纳城为定羌城，香则城为宁河寨，康乐城为康乐寨，刘家川堡为当川堡，并𨽻河州。 诏出常平钱万缗赈贷延州诸县阙乏戸。戊申，分命辅臣祈雨。 诏创水磑、碾碓，有妨灌溉民田者，以违制论，不以去官赦降原减，官司容纵亦如之。己酉，诏熙河路建定羌、宁河、康乐等城寨，及河州兴功防城器甲战具，令永兴军、秦鳯两路转运司于近里州军应副。 |
