8  | 八月丁未朔，诏以来年春有事于汾隂。先是，上命陈彭年等讨寻歴代修废后土故事，出示宰相曰：「前史谓郊天而不祀地，失对偶之义，朕既升中，太山脽上之祭，要不可阙，而河中父老亦再有斯请，然封禅甫毕，遽行此礼，得不以地逺劳费耶？」咸曰：「陛下为民祈福，不惮栉沐，圣心始定，固已逹于神明矣」。上曰：「但冀民获丰稔，于朕固无所惮也」。 封长乐郡主女赵氏为成纪县君。赵氏，普之孙，燕国长公主之外孙。有司言国朝以来，郡主女未有封爵之制，特命之。 左龙武大将军、韶州防御使、分司西京韩崇训卒。 |
