67  | 冬十月辛酉，命左卫大将军李崇矩为邕、贵、浔、横、钦、賔等州都廵检使，未几，徙琼、崖、儋、万，麾下军士咸惮于从行，崇矩尽出噐用金帛，凡直数百万分给之，衆乃感悦。时黎贼扰动，崇矩悉至洞穴抚谕，以己财遗其酋长，衆皆怀附，在岭表及海上凡四五年，恬然不以炎荒婴虑。旧渉海者，多舣舟以俟便风，或旬馀，或弥月，崇矩徃来，皆一日而度，未尝留滞，从者亦皆无恙，人谓崇矩纯德之报云。 契丹遣使耶律阿穆尔来贺乾明节。己巳，幸京城西北隅，视卫士与契丹使驰射，又召近臣及刘鋹、李煜、契丹使宴射苑中。 |
