80  | 癸未，静海节度使丁琏遣使修贡，贺登极。甲申，诏：「先募民断买场务，或有羡利即收入，已属已差监临之官，其主吏犯者，法司处以监主自盗，或至弃市，殊非中典，良用恻然。自今凖盗论罪止流」。又诏：「持刄穿窬，法当强盗，近者多云弃刄于外，空手入室，既难覆验，实启奸心，自今以强盗论」。并从权大理少卿赵齐之请也。 |
