17  | 初，比部郎中张全操慷慨敢言外事，太祖甚宠遇之，命知灵州，委以邉事，全操部送嵗市官马，赂所过蕃族物粗恶，戎人恚怒不受，全操捕得十八人，杀之，没入其兵仗羊马，戎人大扰。朝廷遣使赍金帛抚赐其族，与之盟始定。上怒，召全操下狱鞫之，丁酉，决杖流海岛。全操，江东人也。 西山廵检郭进言北汉胡桃寨指挥使史温等四十四户二百四十五口内附。戊戌，诏京朝官出知节镇者借紫，知防、团、刺史州及通判并借绯，罢日依旧。 以镇东军安抚使、知越州钱仪为慎瑞师等州观察使，仍知越州。宣德军安抚使、知湖州钱信为新、妫、儒等州观察使，仍知湖州。仪信皆吴越王俶之弟。仪好昼寝，多以夜决府事及游宴，信尝为僧，后反初服，因其请而有是命，盖执政者戯之也。 上为晋王时，左屯卫上将军张铎尝假钱百六十万，于是诏悉贳之。 |
