24  | 庚申，诏禁投匿名书告人罪，及作妖言诽谤惑衆者，严捕之，置于法，其书所在焚之，有告者赏以缗钱，是月，契丹三万骑分道入冦，一袭雁门，潘美击破之，斩首三千级，逐北至其境，破垒三十六，俘老㓜万馀口，获牛马五万计。一攻府州，折御卿击破之新泽寨，斩首七百级，禽酋长百馀人，获兵噐羊马万计，一趋髙阳闗，崔彦进击破之唐兴口，斩首二千级，获兵噐羊马数万。 陕州言蝗生，太平州雨雹伤稼。 诏：「京朝官出使，所给印纸，委本属以实状书，不得增减功过，阿私罔上，其闗渉书考之官，悉署姓名，违者论其罪」。 |
