42  | 十二月戊午朔，日有食之。 诏开封府民输租于常限外加半月，雨雪故也。 琼州言飓风壊官寺民舎几尽。辛酉，右补阙田锡上䟽论朝政得失，不报。两浙转运使髙冕条上旧政之不便者凡百馀事，庚午，诏两浙诸州，自太平兴国六年以前逋租及钱俶日无名掊敛，吏至今犹徴督者，悉除之。冕，锡之兄子也。戊寅，权知髙丽国王治封髙丽国王，命监察御史李巨源著作佐郎、直史馆单贻庆奉使。上喜，访求辞学之士，初得须城赵邻，㡬擢掌制诰，才数月卒，上叹其穷薄，因问近臣谁可继隣几者，杨守一与贻庆有旧，力荐之，由主簿召对，令中书试文称㫖，即命以官，上知贻庆贫，故使副巨源使髙丽，贻庆以母老辞，乃留不行，诏国子博士雍丘孔维代之。贻庆，莱州人也，髙丽王治问礼于维，维对以君臣父子之道，升降等威之序，治喜曰：「吾今日复见中国夫子也」。 诏：「御史䑓应见任文武官，悉具乡贯、厯职年纪，著籍以闻，或贡举之日，解荐于别州，即须兼叙本坐乡贯，或不实者，许令纠告，当置其罪。自今入官者皆如之，委有司阅视，内有西蜀岭表、荆湖、江浙之人，不得为本道知州、通判、转运使及诸事任」。庚辰，右骁卫上将军、赠侍中楚昭辅卒。闰十二月庚寅，丰州刺史王承美言契丹锡利、裕噜宻日、威约克等十一族七万馀帐内附，又与契丹战，破其万馀衆，斩首二千级，获天徳节度使韦太及羊马兵器万数，遣其弟承义来献俘，赐承义锦袍、金帯、绢百疋。 先是，交州欲以占城俘九十三人来献，上令广州止其俘，给衣服资粮，遣还占城，诏谕其王。于是占城国遣使乘象来贡方物，诏留象于南海。 |
