33  | 庚申，复置麟府路走马承受公事内臣一貟。六月甲子，蠲河北民复业者租赋二年。乙丑，以太子右清道率府率叔韶为右领军卫将军，仍赐进士及第，寻加文州刺史。叔韶尝献所著文，召试学士院，入优等，特迁之，入谢，命坐赐茶，谓曰：「宗子好学无几，尔独以文章得进士第，前此盖未有也。朕欲天下知属籍有贤者，宜勿忘所学」。叔韶顿首谢，既退，又出《九经赐之，后以图书赐正刺史以上，叔韶不当得，独赐及之。叔韶，徳恭之曾孙也。 诏梓䕫路钤辖司，乃者淯井监夷人内冦，尝募药箭弩手、白艻子弟随军，其所贷钱粮悉蠲之。 |
